You really think an outpost does x0.5 vs siege units? That would make its anti-ship attack useless. The tag exists, and has for years. Go ask on the esoc forums. TheRealMictlantecuhtli (talk) 00:25, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

Yes, but siege unit is just going to confuse people. Siege Infantry is less confusing to new players. I don't mind if you change it to Siege Trooper though. Removing it altogether is wrong though, as town centers do less damage to grenadiers, etc so why you opted to remove it is odd.TheRealMictlantecuhtli (talk) 00:51, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

Are you using unofficial patches? Like ESOC, etc? TheRealMictlantecuhtli (talk) 01:31, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

You know I used to be admin right? I wrote most of the AoE3 wiki myself. I know how the tag system works, and how to make wikis accessible. TheRealMictlantecuhtli (talk) 01:44, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

Outposts, etc only deal bonus damage vs siege infantry. By putting siege units you imply it does extra damage vs ships, and cav, which it doesn't. TheRealMictlantecuhtli (talk) 12:23, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

My bad, half asleep. TheRealMictlantecuhtli (talk) 12:33, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

Use of icons Edit

Hi! Recently, you did quite a few edits on Age of Empires III articles and added a lot of icons. Please note that we do not use icons in text, but only in lists, tables, and the infobox header. So some of your recent edits (like this one) were wrong. For future reference, please refrain from adding any more icons where they don't belong. Thanks!
