Update 18.9861 is a minor update for Age of Mythology: Retold - Immortal Pillars released on March 6, 2025. It fixes some issues with the PlayStation version of the game, and also changes a trigger in the Scenario Editor which lets players change the civilization they are playing as. This trigger previously allowed owners of Immortal Pillars to play the Chinese civilization since it was added to the game files in update 18.7603 but before its release with update 18.9036. The change prevents players from accessing unreleased civilizations this way in the future. It also contains some other undocumented changes.

- Removed ability to incorrectly access Immortal Pillars expansion via triggers in Editor.
