Unlock Karash Edict is a unique technology of the Golden Horde in Age of Empires IV: Dynasties of the East. It can be researched at the Golden Tent in the Dark Age, and enables the use of the Kharash Edict.
When the Kharash Edict is active, the Golden Tent and military buildings within the influence of a Fortified Outpost produce an additional Kharash whenever any unit is recruited. The Kharash is supplied at no cost or difference in training time.
