Treasures are extra items that any player is able to find and collect in the game, Age of Empires III.
Game Info
Treasures are guarded by one or more Treasure Guardians which are usually wild animals or outlaws. The player must kill the Treasure Guardian or Guardians to collect enable the ability for an Explorer, hero or Settler to collect the Treasure.
Treasures may be a resource (such as Food, Coin, or Wood), a tame animal (such as a pet bear or jaguar), or other units (such as a native soldier or a Settler).
