The Tokala Ceremony (War Song Dance before the Definitive Edition) is a ceremony available at the Community Plaza for the Lakota in the Industrial Age. It spawns Tokala Soldiers so long as the population limit is not reached.
With 25 Villagers working at the Community Plaza, one Tokala Soldier is spawned every 20 seconds.
