• A Lesson in Warfare: Scythian king Ateas is a renamed Thracian Chieftain. He leads the Scythians against the Macedonians under Philip and has to be killed to break the Scythian morale.
• Let the Prince Decide: The Triballi king is a renamed Thracian Chieftain. He confronts the Macedonians in an attempt to take their plunder and dies trying to fight them.
• Get Rich Quick: Autariatan forces are lead by Thracian Chieftains. Langaros' troops can kill them for a bounty of gold from the Macedonians.

Trivia

• The Thracian Chieftain wears a helmet resembling the Helmet of Peretu, a zeira cloak, silver greaves, and a round Celtic spined shield.
• Unlike other heroes, the Thracian Chieftain's icon has no glow.
