Tezcatlipoca Worship is a Big Button technology in Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs that is unique to the Aztecs and can be researched at the Estate. Once researched, one Skull Knight for every four minutes the game has passed, up to 30 minutes (for a total of 7 Skull Knights), will appear in the Home City shipment point.
Each Skull Knight costs a total of 250 resources. This technology is cost-effective after the 16th in-game minute, delivering 4 units.
With the Industrial Age "Old Ways" Home City Card, the cost is reduced to 450 coin.
