Tempest is a Norse Heroic Age god power in Age of Mythology: Retold - New Gods Pack: Freyr that is available to worshipers of Aegir. When invoked, it changes the lighting of the whole map to appear wintry, and begins a rain of large icicles at the targeted location which damages units, slows down their movement speed (the affected units can move at most at 16% of their original movement speed), and increases their reload time. The god power may also freeze enemy units caught in the storm. Titans are neither frozen nor receive damage from Tempest. Frozen units do not receive any extra armor, unlike the effects of Frost.
