Tanzimat is a technology in Age of Empires III that is unique to the Ottomans and can be researched at the Mosque once Topkapi is researched and the Fortress Age* is reached. Once researched, it increases the training limit of Yörüks by 29 – from 70 to 99, the same as other European civilizations Settlers (except the Dutch who are limited to 50 Merchants).
