—In-game description |
The Summoning Tree is a structure that appears exclusively in the War of the Titans scenario of the The New Atlantis campaign in Age of Mythology: The Titans.
Overview[]
The main objective in War of the Titans is to summon Gaia. This is done by invoking the Seed of Gaia god power on the four Gaia Pools scattered throughout the map, which transforms them into Summoning Trees. Summoning Trees are destructible, and must be protected. They can train Dryads like Hesperides Trees. Once all 4 Summoning Trees have been transformed, the player must then hold off against attacks from Kronos and his forces for several minutes until Gaia is summoned. At least one Summoning Tree must survive.

Mythology[]
“ | These trees of power and prophecy were summoned with the great Seed of Gaia God Power. They grew from the Gaia Pools that formed on some of the atolls around the destroyed island of Old Atlantis. The Summoning Trees radiated the energy of nature itself, seeking to draw forth the essence of Gaia to help cleanse the earth. | ” |
