Template:Helpchi Stone is one of the resources the player collects for Age of Empires and Age of Empires II. Stone is used for buildings in the later ages, university upgrade, siege units, and Siege Workshop.

You can collect relics in your monastery to receive continuously gold.

Stone mines: Similar to gold mines. Not found in abundance on most maps. Usually found in groups of 2-5. Each one yields 350 stone.

Tribute: Other players may tribute stone to you on some occasions.
