Spirit Medicine is a technology in Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs that can be researched by Native American civilizations at the Market. Once researched, it increases the hit points of all villagers by 35% as well as their attack by 3, and their range and Line of Sight by 4.
Note that Fishing Boats are affected by Spirit Medicine since they are classified as villagers, although they do not benefit from the attack increase since they have no attack.

Spirit Medicine is an important technology for protecting Villagers from enemy attacks. In addition, due to the increased damage and range, hunting is faster.
