Changes: Spears on the Horizon

Spears on the Horizon is an Egyptian myth technology in Age of Mythology that is available to worshipers of Horus and can be researched at the Barracks. Once researched, it increases the attack and hit points of Spearmen by +10% and +30%, respectively.
