Somali Jile Daggers is a technology in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - The African Royals that can be researched at a Trading Post built on a Somali settlement. Once researched, it reduces the rate of fire of foot archers and rifle infantry hand attacks by 35%, except for hand skirmishers which get -15%.

Urumi Swordsmen receive two effects from this technology (possibly to prevent abuses); one which increases their hand attack Rate of Fire and the other reduces it, essentially cancelling each other out.
