Siege Crew Training is a unique technology available to the Rus in Age of Empires IV that can be researched at the High Armory in the Imperial Age. After researching, Counterweight Trebuchets, Mangonels, and Bombards are able to setup and teardown instantly.

Campaign version[]
Because the original four campaigns have not been rebalanced since the release of the game, Siege Crew Training has the following differences in those campaigns:
- It costs 50 food, 375 gold
- It applies to Traction Trebuchets (which the Rus get instead of Counterweight Trebuchets) and does not apply to Bombards (since the Rus get Cannons in the campaign)
