—In-game description |
Shipwrecks are decorative objects featured in Age of Mythology that appear in some naval campaign scenarios.
Overview[]
Usually, Shipwrecks serve no in-game purpose, but there are two cases where approaching the Shipwrecks provides some resources:
- In Consequences, a Shipwreck be found to the northernmost tip of the island. Approaching it grants the player either 600 wood, 400 gold (on Easy and Moderate difficulty) or 300 wood, 200 gold (on Hard and Titan difficulty).
- In Greetings from Greece, three Shipwrecks are found to the north of the player's starting position. In order to salvage them, the player has to reach Line of Sight of them with either land units or the starting Transport Ship. Reaching them grants 300 gold.

Trivia[]
