Shinto Rituals is a unique technology in Age of Empires IV: The Sultans Ascend available to the Japanese that can be researched at the Shinto Shrine starting in the Castle Age. It grants Shinto Priests +40 hit points, +60% healing rate, and +15% movement speed. It replaces and replicates the effects of Herbal Medicine and Piety, with an additional speed buff, while costing half as much as both technologies combined, and taking a total of 60 seconds less to research.
