The forests of Willow Trees are thick and divide players into defensible sections surrounding a large glade in the center of the map, which also contain an additional Settlement. Other Settlements can be found in separate sections between the players, along with other resources. Although the forest walls provide a barrier against early aggression, players will have to expand quickly into the center and unclaimed sections, or else risk losing the advantage to their opponents.
Starting hunt consists of Chickens and Green Pheasants, with other potential huntables including Deer, Spotted Deer, Serows, and Snow Monkeys. Predators include either Black Bears or Japanese Wolves, and Goats appear as herdables. Visually, the map is quite distinct from other Japanese-themed maps, featuring only one type of tree (willows), as well as veils of mist dispersed throughout the map.
