Seed of Gaia is a campaign exclusive god power in Age of Mythology: The Titans that is available in the War of the Titans scenario of the The New Atlantis campaign. It must be invoked on a Gaia Pool, which causes a Summoning Tree, Carnivorae, and Dryads to grow. Once invoked on all four sacred pools that are scattered in the four corners of Old Atlantis, a countdown will begin, after which Gaia is summoned from any of the Summoning Trees still standing by then.
