Secret Society is a Big Button technology in Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs that is unique to the Haudenosaunee and can be researched at the Community Plaza once the Commerce Age is reached. Once researched, the Haudenosaunee War Chief can use the Heal ability to restore the hit points of friendly units.
Note that the ability is an active one, not passive like that of the Healers, so the Haudenosaunee War Chief must be manually ordered to heal friendly units.
With the Industrial Age Old Ways Home City shipment, the cost is reduced to 100 wood, 50 coin.
