Second Guarantee is a technology in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition that is unique to the Mexicans and can be researched at the Cathedral once the "Plan of Iguala" Home City Card is sent and the Fortress Age is reached. Once researched, it increases the hit points and damage of musket infantry by 15%, but also increases their train time by 30%.
