Sarissophoroi is a unique technology in Chronicles: Alexander the Great available to the Macedonians at the Fort upon reaching the Imperial Age. Once researched, it grants a speed charge attack to Companion Cavalry, which gives them +15% movement speed and +1 attack, and recharges in 30 seconds. The charged-up speed activates when its target is within 2 to 8 tiles.
The player can research only either Sarissophoroi or Pezhetairoi. Once either is chosen, the option to research the other is removed.
