Since the Sansculotte doesn't have a villagertag, they can't receive gather rate improvements other than from their specific cards. However, they benefit from improvements such as Great Coat and Blunderbuss.
As Sansculottes are unique to Revolutionary France, only the French and Revolutionary French cards, and other civilizations' TEAM cards are shown in the following tables (for the French, non-TEAM cards will only be applied if they are sent before revolting):

Originally, Sansculottes gather 0.4 wood per second from trees and 0.5 coin per second from mines. With update 13.38085, they gather 0.5 wood per second from trees and 0.66 coin per second from mines.
With update 14.43676, Sansculotte multipliers vs. infantry were changed to counter heavy infantry instead.
With patch 15.30007, Sansculotte cost changed from 90 food to 100, and they benefit less from the Northwest Passage and TEAM Marco Polo Voyages cards.
Originally, Sansculottes train in 16.8 seconds. With patch 15.59076, they train in 19.6 seconds.
