Samurai Bow is a unique technology released with Age of Empires IV: Dynasties of the East. It is available to the Sengoku Daimyo at the Hojo Clan Daimyo Estate beginning in the Feudal Age, but can only be researched once two Hojo Clan Daimyo Estates have been built. It grants Naginata Samurai a periodic ranged attack.
Yumi Attack (Passive): If the target enemy unit is further than 2.5 tiles away, the unit will shoot an arrow at it and then immediately move in to engage in melee mode. The ability has a 15 second cooldown. To shoot another arrow, the Samurai must then move out of its minimum range again.
