River Skirmishes is a technology in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - The African Royals that can be researched by African civilizations at the Port once the Commerce Age is reached. Once researched, warships have their attack damage increased by 25%. It also gives Fishing Canoes a ranged and siege attack.
