Ring Fortress is a random map in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition.
Description[]
Your palisades are partially crushed from the constant attacks, leaving you open to enemy raids, but it is time you fight back and reclaim the rich and heavily forested land.
Ring Fortress starts each player with an incomplete ring of Palisade Walls surrounding their Town Center. Though the walls provide little protection at first, filling the holes can provide for a solid early defense similar to Hideout. Gold Mines are more common than on other maps.
