Reload Drills is a unique technology available to the Chinese in Age of Empires IV that can be researched at the Siege Workshop in the Imperial Age. It reduces the reload time of Bombards by -25%. This is equivalent to a 33% increase in attack speed.
The technology researches 150% faster when the Siege Workshop is supervised by an Imperial Official.

- Originally, Reload Drills reduced Bombards' reload time by 33%. With patch 11009, the reduction was 20%. With Season Two Update 17718, the reduction in reload time is 25%.
- Originally, Reload Drills cost 300 wood, 700 gold, and took 90 seconds to research. With the Season Three Update, it costs 150 wood, 350 gold, and takes 60 seconds to research.
