Adds a damage over time effect to the Demolition Raft line and Fire Archers against ships and buildings, which stacks and ignores armor

Red Cliffs Tactics is a technology in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - The Three Kingdoms that is unique to the Wu and can be researched at the Castle in the Castle Age. Once researched, the attacks of the Demolition Raft line and Fire Archers inflict a burning damage-over-time effect to enemy ships and buildings. This damage is unaffected by armor.

• The Demolition Raft line deals an additional 25 damage over 5 seconds.
• Fire Archers deal an additional 5 damage over 5 seconds.

This effect stacks. For example, if two Fire Archers attack the same target, it will take a total of 10 burning damage over 5 seconds.

This technology also adds a visual effect to the Fire Archer's projectiles, whereby they seem to spawn fire on the spot where they land. This fire is purely aesthetic and disappears in nearly an instant.
