Raden Wijaya is a cavalry hero in Age of Empires II HD: Rise of the Rajas. He briefly serves as the protagonist in The Story of Our Founders and he is also available in the Scenario Editor.
He is based on the Malay king of the same name, the founder of the Majapahit Empire. He takes the appearance of a Cavalier, though with improved stats. Like other cavalry, Raden Wijaya is affected by all technologies and upgrades that affect cavalry, as well as any other bonuses that affect them. As a hero, he cannot be converted and can regenerate health.

- The Story of Our Founders: Raden Wijaya is leading Javanese troops in establishing the Majapahit empire, facing down his Kediri overlords and the Mongol invasion.
- The Pasunda Bubat Tragedy: In the HD Edition, one of the Sunda princes is a renamed Raden Wijaya. He and the rest of the princes must be killed to defeat the Sunda.
