Punjabi New Year is a technology in Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties that can be researched at a Trading Post built on an Udasi Temple settlement. Once researched, it allows Settlers, Coureurs des Bois, Settler Wagons and Villagers to gather from Mills, Farms, Rice Paddies, and Plantations 10% faster, and increases the rate at which livestock fattens over time when tasked to Livestock Pens, Farms, and Villages by 10%; for Indian livestock, their XP generation rate when tasked to Sacred Fields is increased by 10%; for Japanese livestock, their contribution to Shrines' resource/XP trickle is increased by 10%.
