Punjabi New Year is a technology in Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties that can be researched at a Trading Post built on an Udasi Temple settlement. Once researched, it allows villagers to gather from Mills, Farms, Rice Paddies, Estates, Fields, and Haciendas 10% faster, and increases the rate at which herdable animals fattens over time when tasked to Livestock Pens, Farms, Villages, and Livestock Markets by 10%; for Indian herdable animals, their XP generation rate when tasked to Sacred Fields is increased by 10%; for Japanese herdable animals, their contribution to Shrines' resource/XP trickle is increased by 10%. Also, herdable animals gather from Haciendas 10% faster and Haciendas auto gather 10% faster.
