Precision Training is a unique ranged technology available to the Malians in Age of Empires IV that can be researched at the Blacksmith starting in the Castle Age. It increases the ranged damage dealt by Donso's javelin attack by 6, the ranged attack of Archers by 2, and Javelin Throwers by 3.
Like with all Malian technologies, the Manuscript Trade civilization bonus reduces the research time of this technology depending on how much gold has been obtained through trade. It is also granted for free to Mercenary Javelin Throwers for the Byzantines when they advance to the Imperial Age with the Foreign Engineering Company.
