Philhellenism is a technology available in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - Knights of the Mediterranean that can be researched at a Trading Post or Tambo built on a House of Wittelsbach palace. Once researched, native warriors, outlaws and mercenaries are 10% cheaper and train 10% faster.
