Peltasts is a unique technology in Chronicles: Alexander the Great available to the Thracians at the Fort upon reaching the Imperial Age. Once researched, it causes Skirmisher projectiles to pass-through enemy units, dealing 50% of damage to units other than the intended target.

The player can research only either Peltasts or Bessian Metalworking. Once either is chosen, the option to research the other is removed.
