Pancerni is a technology available in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - Knights of the Mediterranean that can be researched at a Trading Post or Tambo built on a House of Jagiellon palace. Once researched, it increases the ranged resistance of hand cavalry and hand shock infantry by 10% (plus 10%, so a ranged resistance of 30% would be increased to 40%, not 33%).
