The Palace is a military/defensive building in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - The African Royals that is unique to African civilizations and can be built once the Commerce Age is reached. It combines the functions of Asian Castles and European Taverns, in which it acts as a defensive building that trains artillery and mercenaries.
