Oktoberfest is a technology available in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - Knights of the Mediterranean that can be researched at a Trading Post or Tambo built on a House of Wittelsbach palace. Once researched, it refunds 1% of the cost of units trained by the player so far (including export and influence), up to a maximum of 2,500 of each resource.
