Nile Shallows is a random map introduced in Age of Mythology: Retold. It is an open land map with a lot of shallow water, which can be traversed by land units.
Overview[]
The map is very open, favoring rushes. Despite having shallow water bodies, there is no section which allows Docks to be built, so the gameplay ends up as a land map.
