Age of Empires Series Wiki

Skilled Navajo workers make your goods more valuable, increasing your Coin gather rate across the board.
—In-game description

Navajo Craftsmanship is a technology in Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs that can be researched at a Trading Post built on a Navajo settlement. Once researched, it increases all coin gather rate, be it from mines, Estates, Rice Paddies and whales, by 20%. However, coin trickles from Factories, the Porcelain Tower wonder, and Shrines, as well as coin shipments and Trade Routes, are not affected.

Navajo Craftsmanship is the most useful Navajo improvement due to its effect, which is important by the mid/late game.
