Mordred is a cavalry hero available in the Scenario Editor in Age of Empires II. He is based on the major antagonist in the English Arthurian legend with the same name due to his notorious treachery against King Arthur.
In-game, he has the appearance of a Paladin. Like other cavalry, Mordred is affected by all technologies that affect cavalry as well as any other bonuses that affect them. As a hero, he cannot be converted and can regenerate health (since The Conquerors).
