Mission Fervor is a technology in Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs that can be researched by European civilizations and the Ethiopians at the Church (Mosque for the Hausa and Ottomans, Basilica for the Italians). Once researched, it increases the hit points of healing units by 50%, decreases the training time by 50%, and grants +50% healing rate. Inquisitors get +35% hit points and -35% train time instead. For the Italians, it reduces the arrive time for 3 Priests Basilica shipment by 50%.

- The Ethiopians can gain access to the Church by allying with the Jesuits, while the Hausa can gain access to the Mosque by allying with the Moroccans. Both civilizations can research Mission Fervor for 225 influence.
