- Green: TEAM Shipment that is sent to each player in a team
- Purple: Shipment that can be sent an INFINITE number of times
- Red: Shipment that can be sent twice

Federal Cards can be only obtained by choosing Federal States in-game and hence they are not available as Home City Cards that can be picked before starting a game.
