The Mehmed Imperial Armory is a military landmark available to the Ottomans in Age of Empires IV in the Feudal Age. It produces siege engines for free, but with a longer training time, in a similar fashion to the Military School.

Quantifying unit spawn as equivalent resources[]
The Mehmed Imperial Armory spawns siege units at a slower pace, but for free. It can be viewed as if it is generating resources that are put into units. When built in the influence of a Blacksmith or a University, the training time is reduced by a factor of 1.3/1.4 in the Castle/Imperial Age. With the Istanbul Observatory Landmark, the training time is reduced by 2 instead of 1.4. Although siege units have different wood and gold cost, the equivalent total resources per minute is about the same for the Springald/ Mangonel/ Counterweight Trebuchet, around 15-20% higher for the Great Bombard/Ribauldequin, and lowest for the Battering Ram. A common situation is when in the influence of a Blacksmith and in the Castle Age, the Mehmed Imperial Armory generates about 260 resources per minute, which is equivalent to 6~7 working Villagers.

- Military buildings within the influence of a Blacksmith or University have +20/+30/+40% production speed per age starting in the Feudal Age. It can be improved to +100% in the Imperial Age with the Istanbul Observatory
