Medium Ranged Soldiers (named Medium Archers before Retold) is a Technology available to the Greeks and Atlanteans in Age of Mythology. It increases ranged soldier hit points, attack, and Line of Sight.

• The Norse do not have any archers, hence do not need access to Medium Archers.

Tale of the Dragon

• The Atlanteans no longer get Medium Archers for free.
• The Norse have access to Bogsveigir, and hence Medium Archers, that too at half the cost. With patch 2.7, the Norse no longer have access to Medium Archers, and Bogsveigir are instead upgraded with Medium Infantry.
