Medical Centers is a unique technology available to the Abbasid Dynasty in Age of Empires IV that can be researched at the House of Wisdom (with the Culture Wing upgrade) starting in the Castle Age. Once researched, Keeps and Town Centers generate the Medical Centers enhancement:
Medical Centers (Passive): Heal all friendly units within a 5 tile radius for 2 hit points every second. The aura does not stack with other Keeps or Town Centers.
While in Golden Age Tier 2/3, the research speed of this technology is +15%/+20%, respectively. If Preservation of Knowledge has been researched, this technology costs -20%.
Changelog[]
- With patch 10.1.48, the technology now grants the ability to Town Centers as well.
