The Man-at-Arms is an unit in Age of Empires IV. They can be trained at the barracks from Dark Age by English, from Feudal Age by Holy Roman Empire, and from Castle Age by the rest, except the Chinese who have Palace Guard unit instead.
The English can also train Men-at-Arms from Keeps.
