Kumis is a technology in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition that can be researched at a Trading Post or Tambo built on a Tengri Shrine holy site. Once researched, it ships one semi-fattened Yak for every 3 minutes the game have passed, up to 30 minutes (for a total of 10 semi-fattened Yaks).
