Knights of the Hospital is a technology in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - Knights of the Mediterranean that is unique to the Maltese and can be researched at the Church once the Fortress Age is reached and the Papal Bull Home City Card has been sent. Once researched, it ships 1 Hospitaller for each Hospital built, up to a maximum of 25, and enables Hospitallers to build Hospitals.
