Kayakujutsu is a Japanese technology in Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties. It can be researched at the Monastery once the Industrial Age is reached. It allows the Ikko-Ikki to use the Sabotage ability to heavily damage enemy buildings and ships.
The Sabotage ability is similar to a Petard, but with a greater range (0-16), deals less damage (1500) and does not kill the Monk.
