Kapikulu Corps is a technology in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - Knights of the Mediterranean that is unique to the Ottomans and can be researched at the Mosque once the Industrial Age is reached and the Palace Intrigue Home City Card has been sent since update 13.58326.
Once researched, 5 Sipahis will appear in the Home City shipment point, Sipahi are renamed to Kapikulu Sipahi, and their appearance is changed. Also, Sipahis get +10% hand resistance.

- Originally, Kapikulu Corps cost 1,400 food and ships 4 Sipahis. With update 14.3853, it costs 2,200 food and ships 5 Sipahis.
- With update 14.43676, Kapikulu Corps costs 2,500 food.
- Originally, Kapikulu Corps increased the hand resistance of all heavy cavalry. With Data Patch for Build 15.59076, Kapikulu Corps only increases the hand resistance of Sipahis.
