Kabura-Ya Whistling Arrow is a unique technology in Age of Empires IV: The Sultans Ascend available to the Japanese, which can be researched at the Archery Range starting in the Castle Age. Researching the technology grants Onna-Musha the Kabura-ya ability.
Kabura-Ya (Passive): Unit fires a whistling arrow when it detects an enemy, increasing its move speed by ~10% for 10 seconds. This ability has a 30 second cooldown that starts after the 10 seconds has expired.
The research speed of this technology is +150% if researched at an Archery Range with a garrisoned Yorishiro.
